Arms Smugglers

After an End Phase begins, if you have no Gold-producing Holdings in play: You may bow your Stronghold; if you did, search your Dynasty deck, then face-down provinces, for a card titled "Arms Smugglers" and put it into play (bowed), ignoring costs. If you find none, you are eliminated from the game.
This card will not straighten before your third turn.
When paying a Gold cost, if you are not paying for a Holding, bow this card: Produce 3 Gold.
