You are playing a really reduced fate deck, just 34 cards! Then you have a Sensei and 5 silver bullets below the Stronghold to pick at will. This makes card like Take the Initiative even more relevant!
What I would normally put below the Stronghold: Desperate Wager, Ring of the Void, Rallying Cry, centipede Tattoo and Superior Tactics. All situational cards that can take you out of trouble or win you the game.
Besides taht, your deck is a fast military one, with the particularity that you can leverage the cool, and powerful, tattoos. They will grant you durability, mobility, resiliance to opponent send home or force, all very valuable abilities that will help you crushing provinces relentlessly.
Note: the deck is built exclusively by cards from Imperial through Dark Journey home + Senseis printed pre-Gold (+ Amnesia and Forgotten Lessons so you have a way to interact with the Senseis). Consider this a variation fo Jade Open, kind of Classic Hidden Emperor Era Sensei Extended
