Take control of the board, get to 10 honor and start playing elemental Dragons to take provinces down and close the game. You might play without Norikazu Sensei, and that would bring some benefits. Definitely the 3x -1 on the Stronghold hurts and you are not playing the premium events such as Inheritance of Imperial Gift, but neither is your opponent and you are 100% from Iris Festival. Is a trade-off you need to embrace. You might consider also swapping Large Farm for Jade Works if you remove Norikazu Sensei (and maybe replace by Hantei Sensei). Note also that playing Norikazu Sensei frees up 3 Fate deck slots as you don't need to run Avoid Fate any longe, whish otherwise is kind of required to avoid an ill-timed Iris Festival. Small Farms are a choice being made, they can be Corrupted Silver Mine and might work better. At this time, I am concerned about the honor loss and delaying way too much the recruiting of the Elemental Dragons. Note: the deck is built exclusively by cards from Imperial through Dark Journey home + Senseis printed pre-Gold (+ Amnesia and Forgotten Lessons so you have a way to interact with the Senseis).
