Deeds, Not Words

Open: Target another player. You call their virtue into question. They gain 1 additional Honor for each duel one of their Personalities wins, gain 1 additional Honor for each card destroyed during Resolution Segments where their army won or tied, and sources besides these which would cause them to gain Honor cause them to lose an equal amount instead.
