Matsu Arata (Bio)

Arata is a student of an ancient and honored tradition, that of the justicar. She seeks fugitives from justice, both within the Lion lands and beyond, and seals both their guilt and their life in a duel. She has never been defeated, which only assures her that her cause is just.
