Under different circumstances, Manami would be a man of honor. As it is, he is devoted beyond reproach. He does not falter when required to commit questionable acts, despite that he wishes otherwise. He is eagerly sought as a husband by many powerful courtiers, but as of yet his value as a yojimbo is too great.
