Shinjo Itao (Bio)

When Itao was a boisterous young man, he ran afoul of a group of rowdy sailors during one drunken night. He harbors resentment against the Mantis to this day. He hones his iaijutsu with the hope of one day proving his strength to the Mantis in honorable combat.
