Open: Target a non-Shao Personality. Shao forms a spiritual bond with them. Give Shao Force and Chi bonuses equal to the target's current bonuses to those stats and, after each time (this turn) the target gains a new Force or Chi bonus, give Shao an equal bonus to the same stat for the same duration or until the turn ends, whichever is shorter.
