Battle of the Second City

Dynasty: If you have not Recruited any Personalities this phase, destroy your rightmost Province to target another player's Province, straighten all your Personalities, and declare an additional Attack Phase against that player. Before its Maneuvers Segment begins, straighten all of that player's Personalities and Followers which will not be negated except by that player. During the attack, your Personalities may only assign or move to the targeted Province.
