Play after you destroy a Province as the Attacker. This Ring does not count toward an Enlightenment Victory. You may only win a Military Victory. Your Honor gains from actions are reduced by 1, to a minimum of 1.
While attacking, your opposed Personalities have +1F, and your and have +1 strength.
