Contest of Iaijutsu

Limited: Target a Duelist you control and another player. The Duelist issues a challenge that the player may accept with any Personality he controls. The winner, or your Duelist if the challenge is not accepted, permanently gains the ability "Battle: Once per turn, target an opposing Personality with equal or lower Chi. Reduce his Force to 0." Bow the loser.
