Limited: Target a Samurai or Magistrate Personality you control and another player. Your Personality issues a challenge that the player may accept with any Personality he controls. The winner, or your Personality if the challenge is not accepted, permanently gains the ability "Political Limited: Bow this Personality: Take the Imperial Favor." Bow the loser.
