Contest of Wealth

Limited: Target a Courtier Personality you control and another player. Your Courtier issues a challenge that the player may accept with any Personality he controls. The winner, or your Courtier if the challenge is not accepted, permanently gains the ability "Reaction: When paying for a Personality, bow this card: Produce Gold equal to half this card's Gold cost, rounded up." Bow the loser.
