After you reveal cards in your Provinces at the start of your turn, if this Event is face-up in one of them, you may search your Dynasty deck for a Fortification. Recruit it attached to this Province paying less Gold equal to half its cost, rounded up, and after this trait resolves, you may reshuffle this Event into your Dynasty Deck instead of discarding it normally.
