Lay of the Land

Reaction: Play immediately before the defender's first action in the Battle Action phase of a battle in which you have a scout. No other player may play a terrain during this battle. Any player may, as a Battle action, negate the effects of this action by bowing a scout or discarding a terrain card from their hand.
