When revealed as a focus in a duel, the challenger loses
Honor equal to the lowest Focus value he focused, and
discards 2 cards if the other player focused a lower value.
Reaction: After you declare an attack, target a unit
you control, and a unit with higher force that the
Defender controls: The Defender's unit must assign
to a different province than your unit, if possible.
