Limited: Target a Courtier or Poet Personality you control and another player. Your Personality issues a challenge to a duel of Personal Honor that the player may accept with any Personality he controls. The winner, or your Personality if the challenge is not accepted, permanently gains the ability "Political Reaction: Before a player gains or loses Honor, bow this card: Increase or decrease the gain or loss by 2." Bow the loser.
