Notes

Standard control Phoenix deck - Events to slow down honor decks. - Touch of Death for Hidden Heart or Tsuke/Nameless kills - Osugi + Wasting Disease + Spirit Guide + Obsidian Hand to murder everything - Doom of Fu Leng to be used first on 3C personalities to make it easier to kill with Wasting/Tsuke/Nameless - Asako Togama to fetch discarded Black Scrolls (especially after events like The First Scroll is Opened / Iris Festival) - Return of the Fallen Lord to bring back Isawa Tsuke xp2 - Black Wind from the Soul as a final action if it will close the game - If military stalemate, last resort is to win by attaching 7 Black Scrolls as fast as possible, then use Augury to bring out The Darkest Magics.
